How to Install Qraga to Your Shopify Store
The Qraga Inline Assistant is an AI-powered chat widget that integrates into your Shopify store’s product pages to answer customer questions and boost sales. This guide explains how to activate the app and add the Qraga Inline Assistant block to your product pages.
Requires an Online Store 2.0 theme (e.g., Dawn) for the app block.
Automatic Setup
Manual Setup
- Activate the Qraga App in the Theme Editor
- Go to Online Store > Themes in your Shopify admin.
- Click Customize on your active Online Store 2.0 theme (e.g., Dawn).
- Click the App embeds sidebar (gear icon on the left).
- Find Qraga and toggle it On to inject the base script and widget ID.
- Note: This step enables the app but does not display the widget until the block is added.
- Add the Qraga Inline Assistant Block
- In the theme editor, select a Product template from the top dropdown.
- In the product page section (e.g., main product section), click Add block.
- Under the Apps category, select Qraga Inline Assistant.
- Drag the block to your desired position (e.g., below the product description).
- Preview to confirm the chat widget appears as an inline chat interface.
- Test by typing a question to ensure product-specific responses.
- Save and Publish
- Click Save in the theme editor.
- Click Publish to make the widget live on your store.
